Dust Mite is the commonest allergen in SIngapore.
- Keep your room tidy. Unclutter your room
- Avoid stuff toys on your bed.
- If you must, clean and sun them regularly.
- Use Hypoallergenic Pillows
- Avoid feather pillows, down comforters
- Use anti mite mattress covers or spray mattress with anti mite spray such as Acardust (available from our clinic)
- Remove carpets from the room
- HEPA filter vacuum cleaner may help
- Ventilate room
- Do not allow pets into your room and your bed
